Charles W. Capp
Attorney
Charlie joined North City Law in 2024 and represents clients in King and Snohomish Counties.
His practice is presently focused on probate and estate planning, but he also finds additional aspects of “neighborhood law” satisfying as he helps clients in his community respond to lawsuits, resolve contract and property issues, or even simply convey real estate.
Although much of his representation can be conducted through e-mail and telephone calls, Charlie enjoys interacting with his clients face-to-face and is an attentive listener.
Law is a very fact-based field, but Charlie recognizes that there is an important emotional core to many issues, particularly those involving the property or possessions of loved ones. Charlie’s practice is heavily informed by his experience before his law career, and he wore many hats before becoming an attorney. His early life on the family ranch taught him about agriculture issues and the complexities of property lines and easements first-hand, and his background in science has made him inquisitive and thorough. Charlie will provide detail-oriented representation, and go the extra mile for his clients.
When he’s not advocating for his clients, Charlie enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and youngsters looking for birds, bugs, and various critters.
